A pop-up space-themed restaurant named "Neighborhood Earth" has been opened in Paradise Walk, a large shopping mall in Hongqiao Central Business District, and is set to satisfy the curiosity of even the most discerning foodies with its ingenious services.
The theme restaurant, covering an area of more than 800 square meters, has come up with not only all kinds of space-based ornaments, but distinctive dishes and creative services as well.
Visitors can fill themselves with treats including fried squid in the shape of rockets, mousse that flickers like a glowing planet, a chicken hamburger called Big Bang, a cupcake embellished with edible starlets and black pasta indicating a black hole.
Ordering in the restaurant is done through voice interaction with a sound box in an average of 30 seconds. The whole process is simple: awaken the sound box, declare your preferences, choose your items, confirm the order and finish with your payment. The ordering system will offer intelligent recommendations based on customers' preferences.
The most eye-catching and astonishing technology that can be found in the restaurant are a food delivery drone and edible chopsticks. These innovative items indicate that the future trends in take-out services might orbit far beyond everyone's imagination.
If you can't wait to try out the latest space style dinner, blast off to L2-01 Building A of Shanghai Hongqiao Paradise Walk.
