The Hongqiao International Talent Port is a national-level human resources services industry park, located in the Hongqiao International Central Business District in East China's Shanghai.
It has created a comprehensive platform that provides a series of talent services for top-flight foreign personnel registered in Yangtze River Delta businesses.
The range of new services includes arranging work permits for foreigners in China, self-service registration for foreigners' accommodation, self-service consultations for the entry and exit of foreigners and affordable housing for corporate staff in the business zone.
The Hongqiao International Talent Port Changning Branch, or the Hongqiao Overseas Talent "One-Stop" Service Center, provides employment permits for foreigners – as well as for Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao staff – and helps with overseas Chinese affairs, entry and exit certificates, foreign expert certificates, residence permits for overseas talent ("B Certificate") and in many other areas.
