Two subsidiaries of Panpan Foods – Shanghai Panpan Foods Co and the group's beverage business division – were recently set up in the Hongjing Xinhui Park in the Qingpu section of the Shanghai Hongqiao International CBD.
Established in 1996, Panpan Foods is one of Asia's top 500 brands. The company, which currently has 16 large production bases and 12,000 employees, can produce more than 1 million metric tons of air-popped foods, baked goods and drinks every year.
The two subsidiaries are expected to play a strategic role in the group's development in the Yangtze River Delta region.
Qingpu district will also provide favorable policies and resources to help the company achieve its growth goals.

Located in the western part of the Hongqiao International CBD, Hongjing Xinhui Park is a high-end industrial complex that has many corporate headquarters, unicorns, and financial companies, including China Construction Fifth Engineering Division Co and 3trees Paint Co.
An incubator for overseas returnees was also recently established in the park by the Qingpu government.
