The 2023 Xinhong Sub-district Coffee Industry Skills Competition, a part of the Shanghai Coffee Culture Week, took place in the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District on May 31.
The competition involves two events for latte art and hand-brewed coffee. The competition is open to staff members and representatives of coffee companies, cafés, and all coffee lovers.
Xinhong sub-district, located in the core area of the Hongqiao CBD, has been growing into a coffee hub in recent years, with more than 100 cafés across less than 10 square kilometers.
