The Anhui Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai on Sept 1 signed a cooperation agreement to base the Yangtze River Delta regional headquarters for Anhui merchants in the South Hongqiao Area of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District.
Following the signing of the agreement, more leading and innovative Anhui companies will settle down in the South Hongqiao Area and form an industrial cluster.
During the ceremony, Minhang district also inked cooperation agreements with the Anhui Chamber of Commerce in Shanghai and seven companies, including Joyu Group, RNHE, Weimob and Solartron.
The first batch of 10 companies that will form the Yangtze River Delta regional headquarters of Anhui merchants also signed agreements with companies like Zhongdi Supply Chain, Central Holding Group and Lever.
Minhang district has in recent years been building a headquarters cluster for private business in the YRD region, and promoting integrated high-end, intelligent and green industrial development. The district is currently home to over 100 Global Fortune 500 companies, 49 listed companies, 87 foreign-funded R&D centers and 65 headquarters of MNCs.
