Argus Group's headquarters in the Hongqiao Xinhui Headquarters Bay was recently inaugurated.
Called the Argus Dyeing and Finishing research and development (R&D) headquarters, the complex houses five companies related to dyes, textile chemicals, color technology and new energy under Argus Group.
The headquarters spans 31,767 square meters and has facilities including a research and development lab, a cafeteria, and multifunctional meeting rooms.
The Shanghai Argus Testing Center in the headquarters has 20 functional rooms equipped with advanced testing equipment.
Shanghai Munk Information Technology, one of the tenants, will be taking full advantage of the testing equipment in the Shanghai Argus Testing Center to enhance its own R&D and testing capabilities.
In addition to the Argus Dyeing and Finishing R&D headquarters project, other projects in the Hongqiao XinHui Headquarters Bay such as Beijing Gold Concord Group and Shanghai Lanke Environmental Technology are also slated to be based in the Hongqiao International CBD.
