The Shanghai Livat complex in the Changning area of the Hongqiao International Central Business District recently reached a significant milestone, with the completion of its main structural body.
With a total investment of approximately 8 billion yuan ($1.09 billion) and covering a construction area of over 430,000 square meters, the project serves as a vibrant, all-in-one destination that includes Shanghai Livat, IKEA, and five Livat office buildings.
Set to open its doors in the second half of 2024, Shanghai Livat will become home to more than 350 renowned brand tenants, offering a truly unique shopping experience.
Emphasizing sustainability and environmental consciousness, the project features an impressive 2,700 parking spaces, including over 300 designated for electric vehicles.
Additionally, it has placed great importance on creating shared living spaces, including the planned Fuquan Road underpass, which aims to provide green commuting options and a diverse range of supporting facilities.
"Based in Changning, we hope to join hands with more partners to bring innovative and diversified new experiences related to work and life to further enrich the life, leisure, business, and office atmosphere of Changning residents," said Zhu Jiemin, president of Ingka Centres China.
