The 4th Yangtze River Delta International Cultural Industries Expo was successfully held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai from Nov 16 to 19.
With an exhibition area exceeding 100,000 square meters, the expo has become one of the largest and most comprehensive cultural industry expos in China.
The exhibition showcased the latest achievements in digital culture, emphasizing the advancements in cultural consumption and highlighting the latest content of cultural life. It covered various specialties including IP culture and creativity, culture and tourism integration, living artwork, automobile culture, and coffee culture.
This year's expo also included several cooperative thematic exhibitions and special areas, including the establishment of a digital platform for trading services. It also focused on organizing cultural and technological investment forums and promoting cultural and tourism projects, including investment and trade docking activities.
The event also aimed to aid the integration and development of agricultural, cultural, and tourism counterparts in the region, consolidate and expand the results of the poverty eradication campaign, and promote comprehensive rural vitalization.
The cultural and tourism industry exhibition of Shanghai's counterpart areas covered an area of 3,600 sq m, aiming to promote deep cooperation in the cultural and tourism industry within the YRD region through exhibition and display, investment promotion, negotiation, and docking.
A total of 15 themed forums, 10 economic and trade docking sessions, and 74 special release activities were held during this year's expo. The fair attracted approximately 150,000 participants.
As one of the most economically prosperous regions in China, the YRD region attaches great importance to the flourishing development of the cultural industry.
