Fulong Group announced the approval of its China Headquarters in Hongqiao Xinhui Headquarters Bay, marking a significant milestone in the company's expansion plans.
Shanghai Fulong Textile Dyeing Group Co Ltd, a subsidiary of Fulong Group, has achieved notable success in developing 30 technology transfer products, including innovative dispersed dyes based on anthraquinone and lead-free environmentally-friendly plastic additives.
With 24 invention patents and 95 utility model patents, the company has established a strong presence in both domestic and international markets, fostering long-term technical cooperation and trade relations with renowned global dye companies.
The project, with a total investment of approximately 400 million yuan ($55.94 million), is expected to be completed in the second half of 2025.
Fulong Group's China Headquarters is divided into two plots, A and B, each strategically located within the bay area.
Leveraging its extensive expertise in textile dyeing materials, Fulong Group aims to establish an integrated base for scientific research, training, and trade in new material technology.
The headquarters will house various departments, including research and development centers, testing centers, technology integration departments, trade departments, product exhibition centers, and settlement centers.
The company's industrial scope will expand beyond dyes, plastic additives, and pharmaceutical intermediates to encompass chip chemistry, specialty rubber, automation and environmental protection equipment, and high-end manufacturing.
Hongqiao Xinhui Headquarters Bay, covering a sprawling 280-acre area, consists of 23 plots exclusively designated for research and development purposes. The overall construction area spans approximately 370,000 sq m and is being developed in three phases.
