Shanghai will continue to host many exhibitions this year. According to the latest list compiled by the Shanghai Convention and Exhibition Industry Association, at least 88 exhibitions with an exhibition area of up to 50,000 square meters will take place in the city this year.
The National Exhibition and Convention Center Shanghai (NECC), which is located in the western part of Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District, also known as West Hongqiao, will host more than half of the exhibitions.
The 7th China International Import Expo will also take place at the NECC from Nov 5 to 11.
