The opening of the Yangtze River Delta (YRD) Examination Center for the PTA-ATHE in Minhang district signifies a major stride in human resources and taxation services.
The opening of the center, which will become a hub for developing skilled professionals in managing personal wealth, income, and tax matters, coincided with the 2023-24 annual international payroll and taxation professionals exchange conference at the High Quality Talent Exchange Platform (HQTP) in Hongqiao.
One highlight of the event was the launch of the YRD outbound enterprises RCEP signatory countries payroll tax guide blue book project, which is aimed at supporting the growth of Chinese companies and international talent exchange.
The conference also celebrated significant achievements, including the approval of the national occupational standard for enterprise human resource managers and the PTA-ATHE three qualification certificates.
Key collaborations were formed during a signing ceremony involving the YRD Examination Center, Shanghai Caicaixin Information Technology and the PTA-ATHE channel cooperation organization. This partnership is aimed at developing a comprehensive education, training, and evaluation system for PTA-ATHE by 2024.
The event featured expert keynote speeches on diverse topics, including AI's impact on industries, global payroll tax practices, and trends in private wealth and banking. These talks also delved into the analysis of upcoming tax policies affecting compensation, private wealth, and HR services in the 2023-24 period.
Minhang district is striving to become a key training ground for top-tier, globally competent professionals. These experts will offer vital HR and tax services to key regional enterprises and talents and significant boost Minhang's competitiveness in the international arena.
