The upgraded Shanghai Hongqiao One-Stop Service Center for Overseas Talent was officially launched at the Leading and Top Talent Commendation of Changning District on Jan 30.
This upgrade of the Shanghai Hongqiao one-stop service platform, inspired by Shanghai's pioneering efforts and striving to meet national first-class standards, emphasizes system integration, international standards, digital empowerment, diverse innovation, and enhanced convenience and efficiency.
Expanding its scope, the center now offers an increased range of government services, growing from 17 to 35, along with the addition of 30 new living services. It integrates core services for overseas talent and leads in the implementation of ten major innovations.
In recent years, Changning has been dedicated to creating a development ecosystem that is appealing and accommodating to talent, gradually establishing a "strong magnetic field" that attracts talent from all corners, both domestically and internationally. The advantage of gathering talent from home and abroad is increasingly evident, creating fertile ground for innovation and entrepreneurship and accelerating Changning's high-quality development.
