In a strategic move, Bder Group and the Jiangqiao Town People's Government have inked a deal to kick off the construction of Bder's state-of-the-art headquarters.
The project will feature a settlement center, an exhibition space, and a dedicated R&D facility, aligning with the broader "one district, one city, one bay" initiative that is shaping the future of North Hongqiao.
The initiative includes significant urban development projects like the Shanghai Hongqiao Urban Renewal District and Lin-gang Jiading Science City, with Bder's new premises slated for the eastern part of this expansive 2,740 mu (182.67 hectares) development.
Bder's nationwide "Urban Housekeeper" project underscores its comprehensive approach to environmental management, encompassing everything from manufacturing eco-friendly equipment to urban maintenance and waterbody cleaning.
This holistic strategy has propelled the company to impressive financial success, with a total bid amount of nearly 6.987 billion yuan ($970.67 million) in 2022 and annual revenues of 675 million yuan, making it a leader in the sector.
With plans to list on the Shanghai main board within two years, Bder Group is poised to become the first high-tech urban services entity to go public. As part of this strategic move, the company will transition its listing entity to Jiangqiao Town, completing the necessary share reform and listing process in this dynamic new location.
