Bridge HR Tech Group established its headquarters at the hub in September 2023, showcasing the hub's strategic significance for attracting worldwide HR services.
This year, the Hongqiao International Open Hub is celebrating its third anniversary and the second anniversary of the establishment of Hongqiao Park. The area now hosts over 210 HR companies.
Leading players like Manpower Group, CDP Group, and Social Power Information Technology are driving the community forward, generating annual revenues surpassing 10 billion yuan ($1.4 billion) and serving over a million people with comprehensive HR solutions.
This development aligns with Minhang district's vision of forging a pioneering space for the HR sector. This vision aims to amplify the area's reach, efficiency, and societal contribution. A notable initiative that contributes to this goal is the "Hongqiao High Quality Talent Exchange Platform (HQTP)", which was unveiled at the 6th China International Import Expo.
Opened in February 2022, Hongqiao Park is located within the Shanghai Human Resource Service Industrial Zone. It stands as a cornerstone project for the Hongqiao International Open Hub, embodying the physical manifestation of the Hongqiao International CBD Talent Harbor.
Positioned advantageously in Minhang district and within the bustling Hongqiao hub, the park enjoys strategic proximity to the Yangtze River Delta and is supported by various think tanks.
The park spans 270,000 square meters, and its main building, Building 4, features a public service center, an innovation service center, and a company aggregation center.
Hongqiao Park has also launched a "One-Stop Service Platform for Overseas Talents", which significantly enhancing support for international talents in Minhang district.
Aimed at bolstering the HR services' infrastructure, Hongqiao Park is poised to become a premier hub for HR innovation, regional leadership, and a headquarters for global enterprises.
