Noblelift Intelligent Equipment Co Ltd has chosen the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District as the site for its regional headquarters in Shanghai, adding a new partner to the bustling Hongqiao business landscape.
The selected project site, located in the Hongqiao area, is set to be developed into a multi-functional headquarters building integrating exhibition spaces, research and development facilities, and office spaces. The proposed office building is set to comprise five above-ground floors and two underground levels, with a total planned floor area of 9,106 square meters above ground and approximately 6,652 square meters below ground.
The project is set to house Noblelift Group's international and domestic business operations headquarters and investment and trade headquarters, including specific sectors such as AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) business, investment business, and trade business.
This project is designated as a demonstration project for the "Integration of the Yangtze River Delta" initiative. The establishment of this project is anticipated to propel Noblelift to leverage the strategic advantages of the Hongqiao International Open Hub, its prime location, and the pool of talent available, thereby achieving greater development in the domestic and international intelligent manufacturing arena.
Established in 2000, Noblelift is headquartered in Zhejiang province. It is an international private enterprise specializing in the research, development, production, sales, and service of intelligent logistics equipment and systems. The company went public in Shanghai in 2015. With a global presence encompassing 19 subsidiaries in countries and regions such as Germany, the United States, and Russia, the company has a workforce of over 5,000 employees.
