The "Hongqiao GO" shopping bonanza in the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD), part of the 2024 Shanghai Shopping Festival, is creating an international consumption carnival.
The event features the active participation of global brands and major commercial complexes in the CBD. It also features shopping-themed activities such as the Traveling Camel Bell Market and the World Auto Show, as well as a variety of promotional endeavors that lure in consumers with enticing discounts.
During the shopping carnival, shopaholics can explore a collection of imported goods, especially popular foreign products from the annual China International Import Expo. Noteworthy highlights include products from nations involved in the Belt and Road Initiative and the Silk Road e-commerce cooperation pilot zone, offering a treasure trove of snacks, beverages, beauty products, apparel, leather goods, and jewelry.
Among the activities, the Greenland Group 55 Shopping Festival was launched on April 28 at the Greenland Global Commodity Trading Hub. It provides consumers with country-specific shopping experiences, offers up to 55 percent discounts, and is set to hold several special live streaming sessions.
