As a pivotal component of the ongoing Shanghai Shopping Festival, the 2024 Hongqiao International Coffee Culture Festival began on May 9 and will run until June 6, spanning a month-long celebration of all things coffee.

Closely aligned with the theme "Experience the World in Shanghai", this international coffee culture extravaganza promises to be a vibrant, engaging event, showcasing the rich tapestry of the global coffee culture while fostering innovation and growth within Shanghai's dynamic coffee scene. The festival's lineup includes a grand opening ceremony, the Global Coffee Industry Development Forum at Hongqiao, the "First Cup of Coffee in Shanghai" event, the Minhang Wonderful Coffee Market @Paradise Walk, coffee-making skill competitions, and the "Love Life, Love Coffee" photography contest, among many other activities.

During the festival, the official release of the "2024 China Urban Coffee Development Report" is scheduled, along with several policies from the Minhang district aimed at propelling the growth of the coffee industry. Additionally, the productive internet service platform for the Hongqiao International Coffee Port is poised to make its debut, offering a range of services to enhance connectivity and efficiency within the coffee ecosystem.
