The Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Center is a platform that supports enterprises in accelerating their global strategies, provides comprehensive one-stop services for foreign nationals, facilitates businesses with streamlined operations, and offers distinctive business services in the Hongqiao International Central Business District.

The center fully integrates the advantages of Hongqiao in terms of location, business environment, policies, and services. Following the principles of "government guidance, market drive, policy support, and multi-party collaboration", the center operates in synergy with both government and enterprises, aiming to become a stronghold for facilitating the internationalization of businesses and a new hub for international talent services.

The center currently offers three major services. The "Go Global" professional service platform has introduced over 60 professional service institutions, forming an ecosystem of specialized services, including ODI consulting services, international human resource services, international exhibitions and overseas trade cooperation, foreign-related legal and financial services, international finance and investment services, overseas risk prevention, and another 10 categories of professional service projects.

The center will also leverage overseas networks, knowledge bases, and service cases of various professional institutions to establish a professional think tank at home and abroad.

Throughout the year, the center plans to organize more than 60 exchange activities between enterprises and professional institutions, providing high-end think tank services for enterprises expanding internationally. The Hongqiao Overseas Development Center will also utilize government support and collaborations with market-oriented institutions to jointly plan and organize a series of professional research topics to encourage Chinese enterprises to go global, conduct policy advocacy for international expansion, promote professional service platforms, and host high-end professional forums.

The center has set up a one-stop service zone for international talent, offering comprehensive government service consultations and processing for expatriates, including work permits, residence permits, permanent residency, visa renewals, and meeting the document processing needs of foreign nationals in Categories A, B, and C.

Additionally, the one-stop information service center for expatriates provides living and working information services and assists companies in providing a range of services for expatriate employees, including recruitment services, tax services, health management and protection services, work and life care services, settlement services, and more.

For expatriates and their families, the center offers comprehensive information services covering medical care, children's education, talent apartments, cultural exchanges, finance, life introductions and training, Chinese language education and translation, airport VIP channels, comprehensive service guidance in Shanghai, and more, facilitating rapid connections to professional service resources and integration into local life.

For foreign entrepreneurs who are eager to seize the development opportunities offered by China and Shanghai, the center provides business management services such as market research and consultation, business and investment advisory, office space leasing, company design and decoration, financial services, legal services, human resources consulting, and personnel management. These services aim to assist foreign entrepreneurs in efficiently and effectively connecting with business opportunities, establishing teams, and achieving high-quality entrepreneurial development.

Furthermore, within the business service hall of the center, in addition to providing various standardized administrative services through the one-stop online service platform, there are also special service windows for the Yangtze River Delta region, trademark acceptance and Madrid trademark consultation, APEC business travel card processing, AEO certification guidance, and other special services.
