The Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD) recently concluded its talent recruitment event in Hong Kong, held from March 29 to 30.
This event was part of the 2025 Innovating Hong Kong International Talent Carnival, where 70 major enterprises from the Hongqiao CBD offered 685 job opportunities.
The positions were primarily in sectors such as transportation, exhibitions, business, and tech innovation, aiming to integrate Hong Kong's talent resources with Shanghai's industry needs.
As a key driver of development in the Yangtze River Delta, Hongqiao CBD aims to deepen Shanghai-Hong Kong cooperation and connect global talent with regional opportunities.
The Hongqiao CBD booth saw over 500 inquiries during the event, offering job matching and insights into Hongqiao's policies and support services.
Foreign talent received tailored services and saw their concerns about working in China thoroughly addressed. Alex, a UK financial expert, found the process seamless—he submitted his resume and joined the Hongqiao Foreign Talent Service Group for comprehensive support.
Online, the Hongqiao CBD platform received over 10,000 views and 1,800 resumes, highlighting its international appeal.
