The Shanghai Hongqiao One-Stop Service Center for Overseas Talents has undergone another major upgrade, in partnership with China Telecom, to introduce a new service making it easier for foreign nationals to obtain telecom SIM cards. Foreign nationals can schedule an appointment online and then visit the service center for processing.
1. Package options
Choose a plan based on the duration of your stay, with options for both long-term and short-term packages. The short-term plans include validity periods of seven days, 15 days, and 30 days.

To apply for a SIM card in person, visit the service center at your scheduled appointment time and bring any of the following documents that apply to you.
