The enterprise service center in the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District (Hongqiao CBD) was recently listed as the "Shanghai advanced unit for optimizing the business environment" by the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission and the Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
Over the past few years, the center has strived to improve government service capabilities. It is the first in Shanghai to launch a "government housekeeper" station which provides enterprises with tailored services such as face-to-face consultations for policies and project assistance. The center links third-party resources to enterprises and established the "whole-city, Minhang-efficiency" government service brand.
There are 10 undifferentiated comprehensive service windows in the hall, which accept 50 high-frequency matters such as enterprise registrations in different places in the Yangtze River Delta region and more than 400 government services, such as business registrations and human resources.
Relying on the superimposed advantages of the Hongqiao International Open Hub, the center has developed self-service terminals covering services in 40 counties and cities in the Yangtze River Delta region.
A special service area has also been set up for foreigners who want to apply for residence permits, work permits and visa renewals.
A cloud window has also been opened to provide "zero-distance" services and optimize the remote working environment. A total of 546 business-related matters such as registrations and equity transfers can be handled through the window.
