The BU Center in the Qingpu Area of Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District is designed to be a headquarters center for young entrepreneurs, and boost's development.
Located at Lane 666 on Yinggang East Road, the BU Center is 300 meters away from the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) and consists of office buildings, commercial areas, hotels and conference centers in an area that is more than 350,000 square meters.
At present, 23 single office buildings have been built, and hotels and commercial areas are scheduled to be finished within the year. The center is expected to be put into use in 2024.
"We focus on projects revolved around high-end services, management headquarters of manufacturing companies, as well as high-tech companies," said an executive of the center.
The BU Center is a major part of BU Group's real estate business. The center plans to fully use the group's advantage as a consortium of young entrepreneurs to build an exchange and development platform for more young people.
"The center aims to gather young entrepreneurs and guide them to focus more on the transformation and upgrading of the traditional economy to help boost Qingpu's private sector," the executive added.
