The platform, established by the Hongqiao CBD's management committee, acts as a bridge between enterprises and banks, and removes obstacles in cooperation. It offers a range of services including financing, guarantees and financial business consultation to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

The service platform is located at the No 12 booth located at the Hongqiao CBD Enterprise Service Center and is open from 2 pm to 4:30 pm every Wednesday.
