The 2023 Hongqiao Entrepreneur Forum was held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Shanghai on Nov 25.
Organized by the Hongqiao International Central Business District Management Committee and the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, the event sought to maximize the spillover effects of the China International Import Expo (CIIE) as well as expand the scale and level of investment promotion.
During the forum, entrepreneurs and scholars from prestigious institutions such as the Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, China International Import Expo Bureau, Huawei Group, and NetEase engaged in discussions.
Topics ranged from the internet and the new digital economy to industrial investment and digital creativity. The more than 800 representatives and experts from various fields attending the event also shared suggestions on how to drive the high-quality development of Hongqiao.

The event also featured visits to Minhang, Changning, Jiading, and Qingpu districts. This provided entrepreneurs from various regions with the opportunity to experience the vibrant business environment of Shanghai. Both domestic and foreign entrepreneurs expressed their desires to visit Shanghai and Hongqiao more frequently after these visits.
