The Shanghai skincare center features a unique "front shop, back salon" layout, allowing customers to both shop for skincare products and enjoy professional treatments. The product display is curated to showcase the brand's six top-selling items, including masks and cleansers. Dermalogica prides itself on formulation expertise, combining potent ingredients in each product without compromising on safety, according to a staff member at the center.

The skincare area offers a range of treatments, including both cleansing and firming, all administered by trained and certified skin therapists. Each customer begins their experience with a skin analysis using advanced technology, followed by a tailored treatment plan in the private skincare rooms.
