The Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Center made its debut at the seventh China International Import Expo (CIIE), showcasing a new model of integrated online and offline services supporting Chinese enterprises going global and foreign enterprises entering the Chinese market.
In the Trade in Services Exhibition Area, the center presented three main platforms: professional services for going global, international talent services, and enterprise-specific government services. These platforms offer market expansion, international finance, foreign investment consulting, and digital transformation services, along with comprehensive support for expatriates and streamlined administrative processes.
The center also hosted a series of events that attracted over 300 companies to discuss new opportunities in the global market, including the launch of the China-Europe Green Technology Industry Collaboration Platform and a workshop for female entrepreneurs from developing countries.
Since its trial operation began in March, the center has established a professional service alliance with over 70 members and organized more than 80 events, serving thousands of enterprises in Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region.
