Qianwan Park, a new ecological landmark, is set to open soon in the Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD). Covering 76 hectares, this urban oasis is expected to become a world-class waterfront park, seamlessly blending natural and urban elements.
The first phase, spanning 10 hectares, is expected to be completed this year. It features a stunning 13,000-square-meter central lawn, designed around the innovative "one axis and 10 gardens" concept. This layout promises a harmonious blend of natural beauty and modern design.
Qianwan Park connects externally to the Wusong River ecological buffer zone and internally to a 10-square-kilometer network of water and greenery, integrating with the central activity zone.
Technological innovation plays a crucial role in the park's construction. Intelligent algorithms ensure the safety of Metro Line 13, while complex curve redrawing and irregular coding technology address challenges in processing and laying large-scale curved stone materials. A unique full-crown plant BIM model technology detects and resolves collision points between underground pipelines and tree root balls. Additionally, the fish scale wall technique perfects the laying and cleaning of patterned walls, interpreting traditional Chinese cultural concepts.
