Located in the Hongqiao Human Resources Service Industry Park, Yunsheng Group's new "zhidegan" mini-program allows job seekers to voice their employment preferences, enabling the AI digital employee "Xiao Zhi" to arrange interviews within two minutes of receiving a resume.
DeepSeek has become a global sensation, empowering companies such as Yunsheng Group to enhance the efficiency and precision of their HR services. AI digital employees like "Xiao Zhi" and "Xiao Mei" process thousands of resumes daily, while "Xiao Fa" scans labor law databases to warn of employment risks. The cross-border robot "Xiao Hai" offers localized solutions for Chinese companies expanding internationally.
"Integrating DeepSeek has boosted our application efficiency," said Yunsheng Group CTO Wu Bin. "Our new AI model has improved training capabilities by 10 percent, inference speed by 20 percent, and reduced costs by 30 percent."
Yunsheng Group, known for its innovation in HR services, has continuously updated its AI models, with over 2,400 updates in 2024 alone. The integration of DeepSeek is a testament to their robust technical iteration mechanism.
"Traditional HR services are like hand-tailoring; now we are an intelligent factory," Wu explained. "AI digital employees replace basic repetitive tasks, significantly improving recruitment efficiency and reducing costs."
Since opening in 2022, Hongqiao Park has attracted 263 HR service companies. Yunsheng Group's integration of DeepSeek underscores the park's role as a hub for innovation in HR services.
