Fulong Group's Chinese headquarters is set to be completed in April and put into operation in May in the Hongqiao Xinhui Headquarters Bay, which is located in the North Hongqiao area of the Hongqiao International Central Business District.
Leveraging Fulong Group's extensive expertise in textile dyes, plastic additives, and pharmaceutical intermediates and backed by a substantial 400 million yuan (approximately $55 million) in investment, the new headquarters is set to become an integrated base for the R&D and trading of new materials.
The facility will house a research and development center, testing center, technical service center, trade department, product exhibition center, settlement center and more.
Upon completion, the headquarters' industrial focus will be expanded from dyes, plastic additives, and pharmaceutical intermediates to include chip chemicals, specialty rubber, automated environmental protection equipment, and high-end manufacturing. The headquarters is also expected to attract over 100 high-end R&D professionals and create more than 400 jobs.
Five projects have already been completed and started operating in the first phase of the Hongqiao Xinhui Headquarters Bay, while construction on the bay's second and third phases is progressing steadily.
