As it continues to lead the way in the eco-industry, SUS Environment, a powerhouse in waste management and environmental services, is building its new global headquarters in Xujing town, part of the Hongqiao International Central Business District (CBD).
The state-of-the-art facility, which spans over 76,000 square meters, is designed to serve as a hub for the eco-industry, providing office space for companies involved in various aspects of environmental technology and services.
By offering a centralized location for industry players to collaborate and innovate, the company aims to foster a robust ecosystem that supports the development and implementation of cutting-edge environmental technologies.
The headquarters complex features two impressive towers and a garden-style commercial plaza. In addition to office spaces, it offers a library, an activity center, and an 840-square-meter exhibition hall, which is dedicated to showcasing the history and advancements made in solid waste disposal technology, highlighting China's contributions to the field.
One of the standout features of the new headquarters is its central control room, which utilizes digital management systems to oversee SUS Environment's low-carbon parks located in nearly 90 cities worldwide. This innovative approach allows for efficient, real-time management of the company's extensive network of eco-parks.
By the end of 2024, SUS Environment had made significant strides in expanding its global footprint, establishing 10 management centers around the world and providing environmental and energy services to over 100 million people.
It has invested in the construction of 89 low-carbon eco-parks, which collectively process approximately 120,000 metric tons of waste daily. These efforts have resulted in the generation of 18 billion kilowatt-hours of green power annually, underscoring the company's commitment to sustainable development and energy efficiency.
