Stock exchange-listed bulk materials handling equipment manufacturer Sichuan Zigong Conveying Machine Group has established its East China headquarters, ZGCMC Shanghai, in the Hongqiao International Central Business District with the aim of expanding its global presence.
ZGCMC is a leading Chinese company in the design, manufacturing and installation of bulk materials conveying machinery. The company is a national high-tech enterprise and has become a creative brand in the Chinese bulk materials conveying machinery market.
The new Shanghai headquarters will focus on three main areas: Strengthening partnerships with global mining and engineering firms, integrating supply chain resources in the Yangtze River Delta and investing in intelligent service platforms in Belt and Road countries.
Initial efforts will target Guinea in West Africa, with plans to expand into Central Africa, East Africa, Southeast Asia and Central Asia.
This expansion marks a shift for ZGCMC from traditional equipment manufacturing to becoming a comprehensive services provider.
The Shanghai office will aim to enhance the company's ability to integrate systems and improve competitiveness by leveraging the advantages of the Hongqiao CBD location.
