This year, the Hongqiao Park is deepening collaborations with countries like the United Kingdom, Japan, Indonesia, and Singapore to expand its overseas service network.

Since the sixth China International Import Expo, Hongqiao Park has been actively engaging on the global stage through its HQTP High Quality Talent Exchange Platform booth and hosting events like the Shanghai Hongqiao Human Resource Service Global Development Conference to showcase innovative solutions and services for cross-border talent management.
It offers a comprehensive "Empowering Enterprises to Go Global" plan, providing services such as global employment solutions and international talent training, helping Chinese companies expand overseas.
The park also established the "Belt and Road" Modern Service Industry Technical Skills Training Center in partnership with the Modern Service Industry Association, aiming to train technical and skilled talent in the modern service industry for countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative.
Located in the Hongqiao International Central Business District and just 1.4 kilometers from Hongqiao International Airport, the Hongqiao Park has attracted nearly 300 human resource service companies, supporting over 10,000 employers and serving more than one million people, according to Wang.
She also voiced her expectations for the new local policy designed to boost the internationalization of the human resource service industry.
Under this policy, the park will enhance support for domestic companies expanding overseas and encourage human resource service agencies to establish branches abroad. It will also offer incentives for foreign-related services. By leveraging platforms like the CIIE, the park aims to attract more renowned global human resource service agencies to set up operations there.
