Shanghai's South Hongqiao area recently opened the Hongqiao International Meeting Room, a new facility aimed at boosting business collaboration.
This 714-square-meter area at No 33 Shenhong Road offers a modern and flexible space for meetings and events.
The new meeting room aims to further improve the business environment by offering a high-quality platform for companies and institutions.
The facility offers multiple meeting spaces to meet various needs. The main meeting room fits up to eight people for medium-sized gatherings. In addition, two versatile discussion rooms can each accommodate up to five people, making them ideal for smaller meetings.
The versatile conference room accommodates six people and can be combined with adjacent spaces for extra flexibility. The full suite can hold up to 10 people, making it ideal for team seminars or receptions.
The bustling South Hongqiao area, home to China's largest integrated transport hub, plans to use this new facility to support businesses in growing and expanding their operations. The meeting room is now available, and businesses can reserve it through official channels. This new space is expected to become a key center for promoting collaboration and innovation in the region.
