Shanghai has launched a one-stop online service platform for businesses expanding overseas.
The platform integrates a main website, a WeChat mini-program, and an official WeChat account. It is structured around three core functions, namely consultation, administrative services, and professional support.
It comprises 10 key sections covering information services, practical guides, financial support, professional services, and training activities.
One of the platform's standout features is its streamlined handling of high-frequency administrative procedures.
Through the service guide section, processes related to outbound investment, overseas project contracting, and exit-entry services are simplified. This enables enterprises to access relevant services with one-click direct links.
The platform is backed by an alliance that was established in July to support enterprises going global.
The alliance brings together 50 leading institutions specializing in financial insurance, legal arbitration, accounting, taxation, intellectual property, and related fields. These partners offer extensive overseas experience and global networks.
To date, the alliance has organized over 100 offline events, including policy briefings, risk management workshops, and resource-matching sessions, attracting more than 5,500 participants from enterprises and institutions.
At present, the platform offers 405 professionally curated service products, allowing businesses to select and connect with tailored solutions efficiently. These offerings will continue to evolve based on user feedback and demand.
Enterprises can also use the platform's booking function to schedule complimentary consultations offline, with potential discounts available when purchasing services through alliance partners.
