The Hongqiao Import Commodity Exhibition and Trade Center in Shanghai, also known as Hongqiao 365, has introduced a "Ticket Stub Economy" promotion.
From Feb 26 to March 3, travelers can enjoy discounts by presenting their high-speed rail or flight tickets for travel during this period.
Ticket holders will receive a 5 percent discount on all purchases, excluding special gift packages. Some products may offer additional discounts.
Hongqiao 365 is a key hub for imported goods in Shanghai, featuring over 600 companies and 6,000 brands from 120 countries and regions. With more than 80,000 products, over 70 percent are linked to the China International Import Expo (CIIE).
Many CIIE items are available at significant discounts, with some offers up to 50 percent off. Each year, over 3,000 new CIIE products are added to Hongqiao 365, covering categories such as food, beauty, and kitchen essentials.
To enhance the shopping experience, Hongqiao 365 is also hosting a festive celebration featuring a free tasting area with imported snacks, wines, and coffees. Shoppers can sample before buying, ensuring satisfaction.
Highlights include New Zealand's Dawnfarm milk powder for 90 yuan ($13), Peru's Tinto organic coffee at 20 percent off, and Brazil's non-alcoholic sparkling wine with a buy-one-get-one-free offer.
