A new service station has been launched in Shanghai's Hongqiao International Central Business District to help Chinese companies navigate their overseas expansion plans with professional accounting and financial support.
On July 29, the Administrative Commission of Hongqiao International Central Business District and the Shanghai Institute of Certified Public Accountants signed a cooperation agreement and unveiled the new service.
The platform will connect businesses with certified public accountants to provide support on cross-border tax compliance, overseas auditing and financial risk management, helping them reduce compliance risks as they enter global markets.
The launch event featured a keynote on tax and financial services for overseas expansion, followed by a panel discussion with experts from leading accounting firms on tax compliance and risk management for international operations.
The two sides will also hold regular matchmaking events and training programs to link businesses with professional accounting services, further strengthening Hongqiao's support for companies going global.
