Nearly 30 representatives from foreign-funded enterprises and professional service organizations in Shanghai's Hongqiao International Central Business District visited Wujiang district in Suzhou, Jiangsu province, on Aug 21 for a business exchange.
Organized by the Hongqiao Foreign-Invested Enterprises Community, the visit included tours of Hengtong Group and Bosontech, where participants learned about digital transformation, smart manufacturing, automotive technology, and advanced equipment.
At Hengtong, the group learned about digital upgrades in fiber manufacturing and exchanged views on digital platforms and future computing. At Bosontech, participants explored digital equipment used in the automotive, new-energy vehicle, and semiconductor industries.
The companies also discussed smart manufacturing cooperation, business compliance, international expansion, and overseas cooperation.
The visit was part of efforts by the Hongqiao Foreign-Invested Enterprises Community to expand its service network across the Yangtze River Delta and provide more opportunities for companies in the region to exchange ideas and explore cooperation.
