Shanghai is gearing up for the 21st edition of the Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition, commonly known as Auto Shanghai 2025, which will take place from April 25 to May 2 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai), covering an impressive 360,000 square meters.

Visitors can expect an extensive showcase of the latest advancements in automotive innovation and technology. The exhibition will bring together a broad selection of vehicles — passenger cars, commercial vehicles, new energy vehicles, and specialty vehicles — alongside forward-looking concepts and cutting-edge designs.

Technology is at the forefront this year, with displays highlighting developments in automotive chips, autonomous driving systems, high-precision maps, radars, cameras, and wireless communication. A strong focus will also be placed on new energy technologies, including batteries, motors, electronic controls, charging infrastructure, and hydrogen energy solutions.

In addition to vehicles and tech, the event will spotlight a comprehensive range of automotive parts and components, maintenance equipment, car care products, and even flying cars.

For those interested in the industry's broader ecosystem, sections dedicated to automotive manufacturing equipment, tools, and automotive finance services will round out the event, providing a full-spectrum view of the industry's future.
