Chinese eco-friendly, low-voltage electrical equipment maker Delixi Electric — based in the Hongqiao International Central Business District in Shanghai — was recently awarded the 2025 Green Supply Chain Leadership Award at the fourth International Green Zero-Carbon Festival.
The honor is said to highlight the company's significant contributions to developing eco-friendly supply chains and its role as a leader in promoting the green transformation of industrial processes.
The festival showcased achievements and innovative strategies for sustainable development through technology and digital solutions.
Delixi Electric has integrated green practices across its operations, from product design and material sourcing to manufacturing and logistics.
The approach has created a sustainable and competitive green supply chain. Its factories in Wuhu, Wenzhou and Puyang cities have been certified as Green Factories and five-star zero-carbon facilities by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
"Achieving net-zero requires a complete overhaul of the industrial ecosystem," said Delixi Electric's ESG or environmental, social and governance head. The company is focusing on building a comprehensive green ecosystem, from resource inputs to value recycling.
Delixi Electric is also sharing its know-how through publications like the 2024 Sustainable Development Report.
It's promoting green procurement and has launched a supplier energy efficiency management program, supporting partners in moving towards a low-carbon future.
