The Hongqiao International Central Legal-services District's linked innovation zone welcomed a handful of new partners on Jan 12.
Five major institutions have officially joined the zone, promising to enhance its legal and commercial framework.
The new members include the East China University of Political Science and Law, Shanghai International Arbitration Center, Changning District People's Court, Changning Notary Office, and Changning District People's Mediation Association.
These organizations will collaborate with the innovation zone, bringing together advanced legal research, efficient arbitration, fair judicial processes, effective mediation, and comprehensive notarial services.
The new partnerships mark a crucial step toward making the innovation zone a leader in international legal services. The zone aims to be a hub for legal technology, a prime spot for resolving aviation disputes, and a center for international legal research and talent.
By working together, these institutions will create a strong platform for resolving aviation and economic disputes, supporting the growth of the regional aviation industry and the Hongqiao International Low-Altitude Economy Industrial Park. This will make the innovation zone a top choice for swift and effective aviation dispute resolution.
Looking ahead, Changning district plans to attract more leading law firms, multinational companies, and international legal organizations. The goal is to build a diverse and international community of legal experts, helping to drive reform and create a vibrant legal environment.
