The Hongqiao International Talents Service Center has begun its Global Alumni Salon Series in partnership with the Overseas Returnee's Hub and the Afterwork of France Elite Alumni (AFEA).
Their partnership aims to attract top talent to Hongqiao and create a vibrant ecosystem by facilitating knowledge sharing and resource connections.
Held in the Hongqiao International Central Business District, the first session focused on the theme of "Cross-Border Talent Leading the Way Overseas". The event attracted over 80 returnees from top global universities and leading companies.

Kong Fu'an, executive deputy director of the Hongqiao International Central Business District Administrative Committee, spoke about the district's strategic role as a gateway for international business in the Yangtze River Delta. He highlighted its resources and policies that support companies expanding abroad while nurturing fresh and top talent.
Key speakers shared their insights about entering Southeast Asian markets, covering topics like site selection, local operations, and compliance, while offering practical advice for the attending professionals.
