The Hongqiao International Central Business District saw five of its resident companies included on the list of the top 100 foreign-invested enterprises (FIEs) in Shanghai revealed on Oct 15.
Two subsidiaries set up by Synnex and Michelin made it onto the list in terms of proceeds of business. Bosch's presence in Hongqiao ranked 80th among Shanghai's top 100 FIEs in terms of tax contributions. Branches of Oishi and Johnson Controls found their names on the list in terms of job creation.
