Step 1: Log in
Step 2: Submit materials

Step 3: Review process
Your application will need to be approved before entering a 15-day public announcement period.
Step 4: Final approval
If no objections are raised, you will receive a registration certificate.
The certificate will be recorded on the blockchain at the Shanghai Digital Preservation Center's IP Sub-center for secure preservation.
Validity period
The registration certificate is valid for three years.
