Multinational information technology company Oracle opened an AI talent training center in the Qingpu area of the Shanghai Hongqiao International Central Business District on June 22.
The center will also support the incubation of one-person companies (OPCs). Leveraging Oracle's global technology resources and expertise, it aims to foster deeper integration of education, talent development, industry, and innovation across Shanghai and the Yangtze River Delta region.
At the launch ceremony, representatives from the center's first resident companies showcased advances in AI-powered low-code application development, AI agent infrastructure, and entrepreneurship incubation. Participants also exchanged views on AI-enabled talent cultivation, international talent development, industry-academia collaboration, certification systems, and support for business globalization.
The center marks a new step in Hongqiao's efforts to strengthen its AI innovation ecosystem. It is expected to attract high-level talent and innovation resources, further supporting the region's AI-driven development.
