More than 300 companies will showcase new materials, technologies and products at the 26th China International Industry Fair (CIIF 2026) – New Materials Industry Exhibition, scheduled for Oct 12-16 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai).
The exhibition will organize its displays around six application-focused areas: low-altitude economy and commercial aerospace, new energy, artificial intelligence and humanoid robots, smart equipment and vehicles, biomanufacturing and life sciences, and AI-enabled material handling equipment.
The largest section, focused on low-altitude economy and commercial aerospace, will bring together about 100 exhibitors, covering materials including high-temperature alloys, titanium alloys, lightweight aluminum and magnesium alloys, carbon fiber composites, eVTOL structural components, and aerospace thermal insulation materials.
About 50 companies will exhibit new energy materials, while the AI and humanoid robot section will feature about 30 exhibitors focusing on flexible tactile materials, bionic skin, precision components, and sensor packaging materials.
Other sections will cover lightweight automotive materials, rail transit materials, medical and biomaterials, nanomaterials, superconducting materials, and materials simulation software.
More than 10 forums and matchmaking events will be held during the exhibition, covering solid-state batteries, perovskite materials, low-altitude industry materials, AI-enabled new materials, and other topics.
