The Hongqiao Branch of the China Shanghai Human Resource (HR) Service Industry Zone Hongqiao Park, has achieved a number of significant milestones since its opening on Feb 25, 2022.
Located in the Hongqiao International Central Business District, the national-level HR service industrial park has become a thriving hub for human resource services, demonstrating remarkable growth over the past three years.
Since its establishment, Hongqiao Park has attracted 263 HR service enterprises, serving over 10,000 employees and providing premium services to more than 1 million individuals. This impressive performance has translated into a cumulative revenue exceeding 15 billion yuan ($2.06 billion).
Two major platforms have accelerated the park's growth: the "Minhang Easy Employment" platform, which has posted 26,000 jobs and recruited 86,000 individuals, and the "Hongqiao Human Resources Agglomeration" platform, which focuses on HR industry development, information dissemination, event promotion, and resource sharing. Over 50 activities have been conducted, engaging more than 2,000 people and facilitating efficient communication between employers and HR service agencies.
Hongqiao Park has also enhanced its service capabilities, establishing five major service systems: public HR services, high-level talent services, talent information services, talent security services, and policy support services. These systems offer one-stop HR services to enterprises within the park and the broader Yangtze River Delta region.
Through resource integration and interactive development, Hongqiao Park has built a collaborative ecosystem for HR services, forming a high-quality "circle of friends" in the industry. The park has supported over 150 enterprises in their international ventures, providing comprehensive HR services through the "Eight Categories, 56 Items" initiative, covering 180 countries and regions.
The "Foreign HR Service Single Window" has been upgraded to the Shanghai Public Security Bureau Overseas Talent Direct Link Platform (Hongqiao), offering integrated services for foreign nationals and overseas talent. The High Quality Talent Exchange Platform (HQTP) has participated in the China International Import Expo for the past two years, showcasing new HR service products, technologies, and services to a global audience.
With a top-tier business environment, robust industrial support, efficient government services, and digital innovation, Hongqiao Park has become a hub for enterprises and talent. As it enhances its HR services, the park aims to create a more competitive industrial cluster and work toward a promising future with global partners.
