The concept design for the Yinghong Lake project, focusing on enhancing regional living quality in the Fengbang area of Shanghai's Jiading district, has been launched.
Fengbang, located in the Hongqiao International Central Business District, is well-connected with excellent transport links and ample ecological resources. It is near major roads and Metro Line 14, ensuring easy access to downtown Shanghai.
The development plan includes a significant blue-green ratio, with Yinghong Lake forming a scenic corridor that connects two lakes. The northern section is designed to serve as a public showcase, enhancing amenities and integrating with local infrastructure.
Yinghong Lake is set to become a sustainable community space catering to all ages, featuring leisure areas, fitness zones, and family-friendly activities. An ecological water network will maintain water quality, while pedestrian paths will connect surrounding roads and bridges.
Aiming to serve about 30,000 residents, Yinghong Lake is focused on improving living conditions in the Fengbang area. As the design progresses, a high-quality residential community is taking shape, characterized by excellent ecological features and comprehensive functionality.
