It has also set up a service window for overseas Chinese affairs service and partnered with more than 90 professional institutions to provide about 200 services covering tax, insurance, housing, recruitment and Chinese-language education.
The center also built a talent activity platform covering 13 themes, including policy promotion, talent empowerment, overseas expansion, integration, recruitment, housing, training and healthcare. Health service activities linked major hospitals and served more than 600 people.
