The Hongqiao Overseas Development Service Center is expanding support for companies going global, integrating government and professional services to meet their needs in strategic planning, compliance, overseas operations, talent, data and trademark registration.
For strategic planning, the center provides guidance through the Hongqiao overseas expansion map and the Hongqiao overseas comprehensive service network for international growth. Companies can access online consultation, participate in offline matchmaking and receive one-on-one coaching at various stages of their international expansion journey.
To support overseas investment, the center has established a consultation window for project approval related to international investments. It has also launched a Greater Hongqiao global investment and M&A project database, which offers updated project information and cooperation opportunities.
For compliance, the center collaborates with partners to deliver global legal and credit inquiry services, including real-time legal updates across more than 100 countries and regions, helping companies manage overseas risks. For operations, it connects enterprises to a global industrial park inquiry service, matching them with more than 130 industrial parks around the world.
The center also offers services for talent mobility, cross-border data and international trademark registration. Hongqiao has introduced 24-hour smart endorsements for travel permits to Hong Kong and Macao, expanded the APEC Business Travel Card and enhanced outbound visa services. It released 20 talent services for companies going global. It has built the Hongqiao Cross-border Data Service Center and provides consultation on Madrid international trademark registration.
Beyond Hongqiao, the service network covers 18 core sections, 108 professional providers and 3,114 global outlets from 74 domestic and international institutions to support long-term overseas growth.
