
Government officials from 10 developing African countries visited the Hongqiao 365 in Shanghai for an inspection tour focused on international trade and the advantages of Chinese manufacturing.
At the Yangtze River Delta Low-Altitude Economy Exhibition and Trade Center, they viewed China's latest advances in electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, hydrogen aviation and low-altitude operations.
Visitors praised the domestically developed Autoflight Prosperity aircraft, whose research and development, manufacturing and battery systems are all independently developed and produced in China.
The group also explored the Shanghai International Sister Cities Hub, a cooperation platform linking Shanghai with 96 global sister cities across a diverse range of fields.
A South African official was delighted to find his hometown's display board and took photos with fellow delegates. At Hongqiao International Coffee Harbor, Ethiopian diplomats discussed coffee processing and consumption with local staff.
The tour offered African officials insights into China's industrial innovation and open cooperation, helping deepen cooperation between China and Africa.
